This retail center is at the intersection of Garden of the Gods Road and Centennial Boulevard, two of the busiest major arterials in the city. For this big-box retail tenant, a powerful signage band was created which established the design criteria for the rest of the center. The client expected to have high visibility to the intersection, so the tenant’s corporate color was used to effect. The facades of the outlying retail pads were tied to this centerpiece using the signage band ellipse.
