This retail pad site is prominently located at the entry to a retail center at the intersection of Garden of the Gods Road and Centennial Boulevard in Colorado Springs. These two major arterials are some of the busiest in the city, so the finishes and presentation of this Chipotle needed to be high quality. Durable materials give an enduring quality to this pad, and the signage has been tied directly to the rest of the building’s construction.
