The Iron Horse development was cooperatively planned and developed with MRJ Development and JMB Homes. When built, the Iron Horse Subdivision will provide 159 residential homes to the Gillette, Wyoming community. The project includes an extension of the City of Gillette’s water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure to serve the property.
