In 1997 this existing 4-building, 3-story, stick-frame complex was converted into a Hawthorn Inn and Suites. Starting about 5 years later, this project was converted, in 4 phases, into a vacation condominium property. The results were financial success and today the conversion is complete. The property is adjacent to the Tropicana Casino.
