ANTELOPE RIDGE SUBDIVISION
Antelope Ridge Subdivision is located southeast of the intersection of Lakeway Road and Skyline Drive (HWY 50). The project began with the Antelope Ridge Apartments. Centennial Collaborative supplied a design build solution for the project from conception to final completion.
WOODLAND PARK SUBDIVISION
Woodland Park, LLC
The Woodland Park Subdivision is located south of Sheridan and east of Coffeen Avenue between Woodland Park Road (CR 66) and the existing Woodland Park Elementary School.
Centennial Collaborative personnel were responsible for land planning, construction documentation, public hearings, entitlement services, and construction observation. Improvements included: irrigation system,
storm drain system, sanitary sewer system,
water system, grading, paving, and concrete work.
2008 SOUTH SIDE SEWER EXTENSION
City of Sheridan
The South Side Sewer Extension included 465 lineal feet of 8 inch sanitary sewer and 3700 lineal feet of 15 inch sanitary sewer. The project was located adjacent to Sheridan County Road 66 (Woodland Park Road) and Highway 87 (Coffeen Avenue) in the City of Sheridan. The purpose of this project was to upgrade aging City of Sheridan infrastructure and expand a portion of the South Side Sewer system to support future development in the vicinity.
Centennial Collaborative provided route planning, design, public agency interactions, surveying, and construction observation. Improvements included: sanitary sewer system, boring under highway, paving, concrete work, and utility crossings.
